This is our biggest
house plan and our most popular. Again, if you don't fancy making
the dormers you can buy our dormer window kit. And of course, the
mansion is offered as a complete kit. The latest version of the plan
offers a choice of either flat roof, or pointed roof dormers (as shown
in the picture).

This is our biggest
plan and features two shop fronts with authentic bow windows! You
can choose between four different arrangements for the front doors
and windows.

This house is similar to the Georgian Cottage, but with an additional floor and two dormer windows. If you don't fancy making the dormers yourself, you can buy our easy-to-assemble dormer window kits. Alternatively you can buy the whole cottage as a kit. The roof is designed to lift off so that little hands can't be trapped by a hinged roof slamming shut. The finished cottage measures 21" wide by 13" deep and 25" high (53cm by 33cm by 64cm).
